The borderless print setting is bit high-maintenance.At best, it's annoying, especially when you're multitasking and you just want to hit go and have the job print. If your printer is sitting right next to your computer, it's not a huge inconvenience to tell the printer what to do.if not, you'll have some leg work to run back and forth. If you change the paper type on the computer dialogue box (such as "Cardstock"), the printer will pop up a message that the paper types do not match (printer is set to "Plain Paper", but the computer said we're printing on "Cardstock"), it will ask if you want to proceed on "Plain Paper", and you have to manually select yes or no. When you put paper into the tray, the printer will have you set the paper type (such as "Plain Paper"). The text comes out sharp, and images are crystal clear. I've printed numerous letters, flyers, post cards, and signs on it. In my opinion, it's a nice size considering it's a multi-function all-in-one printer. It's not tiny by any means, but it's not a huge monster hogging my entire desk. I print a lot of letters, flyers, post cards, business cards, signs, etc. I use this printer as an office printer in my family's small business. I suppose my review is actually hitting both of these printers since they are pretty much the same, and what I have to say applies to them both. So when it came time to get a second printer for my other desk, I went with the smaller single-tray size (this Epson WorkForce WF-3620). I looked through a lot of reviews before purchasing it, and overall I've been happy with it. Back in January (5 months prior) I purchased the Epson WorkForce WF-3640, which is identical to this one except it has 2 trays. I've had Epson printers in the past, none of which scored a huge 5-star with me, but I think that's par for the course with any printer. I got this printer on sale and so far it is a very good value and a very good choice. I like this printer better than the replaced HP due to the smaller footprint despite having similar features. Time will tell whether this will be a good purchase or not. I know that other reviewers have dissed the printer because of issues with maintaining wireless connectivity but I fault their own networks for wireless issues. I have the printer hard-wired through a USB connection since I do not absolutely need the wireless connection. It is fast and the print quality is also very good. It is a little noisy as noted in other reviews but it really is not so noisy as to be objectionable.
Once all was done, the printer has been a very good performer. Set-up was accomplished with the help of an online chat with Epson that was very helpful.

I also found out that you should not hook up the printer to the computer until the computer is already booted up and to be sure to check for printer driver updates before using the printer. I had a few difficulties setting up the Epson including missing one of the pieces of tape that keep things from shifting around during shipping.

I recently purchased the Epson Workforce 3620 as a replacement for an HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus that developed an "ink system failure." I had issues with that printer during the whole time I owned it and it was as cheap to buy a new printer than to replace the printhead.
